Kombucha has been labeled the "Elixir of Life" for good reason. In this 90- minute class, we will go over how to make it, why you should drink it and how to use this versatile, probiotic-rich beverage in recipes. We are excited to have this class at Broad Street Brewing Co. in beautiful downtown Brooksville! Included with your class fee will be your very own SCOBY (the starter culture), class reference materials, and a beverage of your choice from this very unique and thirst-quenching craft brewery.
