This is the starter culture I use when culturing a wide variety of vegetables.  It is the easist way to add a starter culture to your vegetables that will yeild consistent results.  This culture will enhance flavor and crispness while increasing probiotic content.  Each box contains 6 packets. Each packet will ferment up to 5 pounds of vegetables. 
ingredients: Active bacteria strains (LB. plantarum, Ln. Mesenteroids, Pc. acidilactici), organic tapioca sugar.
