Your order includes 2 Tbsp live kefir grains along with emailed instructions on how to make homemade kefir.  Your grains will be shipped in a small glass jar with fresh milk so they will arrive healthy and ready to use. If you care for your grains and feed them properly you will never have to replace them.  They will grow and multiply so you will be able to share them with your family and friends.
